Nationwide Protests July 18-19 to Oppose Illegal Immigration‏

The so-called Immigration reform bill swirling around Congress is a dangerous bill according to Mark Levin. It includes amnesty for everyone arriving prior to 2014. Congress wants to hood wink us once more. Precious little is being disclosed. Join the protests Friday and Saturday and let’s send Congress a message. We turned it in 2010, let’s do it again. All of the House is up for reelection this fall.

Rep. Henry Cuellar and Sen. John Cornyn have introduced legislation into the House and Senate, respectively.

The biggest issue with Rep. Cueller and Sen. Cornyn’s bill is that it includes Rep. Michael McCaul’s border security bill almost in its entirety. Rep. McCaul’s original bill, H.R.1417, would actually weaken border security, not strengthen it, in several ways. First, current law requires DHS to take all actions to achieve operational control of the entire border, but McCaul’s bill only requires DHS to submit a plan to achieve operational control of high-traffic areas and along the Southern border, ignoring much of the Northern land border and all maritime borders. Second, the bill contrasts with existing law, which already requires 100% operational control of the entire international land and maritime borders. McCaul’s bill defines “operational control” as apprehending 90% of illegal crossings as determined by DHS.

More concerning is the fact that the McCaul bill was included in the House version of the Gang of Eight’s amnesty bill, H.R.15. This means it could ultimately become a vehicle to pass the Senate-approved, Schumer-Obama amnesty bill, S.744

On Friday July 18th and Saturday the 19th, grassroots activists around the country will be protesting illegal immigration and the handling of illegal border-crossers by the Obama Administration.

H/T: goes to Numbers USA -Not in my back yard.  Great site to keep up with all that is happening.

There are a handful of pro-enforcement organizations coordinating the events and more than 300 locations on the list of protests.

The list is updating daily and can also be found on one of the organizing group’s website here.

For more information, contact the group organizers by clicking here or visit the event’s Facebook page.

We are being invaded!
Our Border Patrol is overwhelmed by the massive flow of illegal aliens crossing our border
daily. Illegal aliens with communicable diseases and conditions such as tuberculosis,
scabies, and head lice are entering our country unabated. There is a very real security risk
to Americans from drug cartels, gang members, and terrorists – all of whom can cross our
border with no resistance. Adding insult to injury, American taxpayers are being forced to
pay for transportation, housing, schooling, legal assistance, and more for the illegals crossing
our border.

On July 18 and 19, 2014, the largest coordinated protest against all forms of amnesty,
comprehensive immigration reform, and President Obama’s complete failure to enforce
immigration laws and secure our borders will begin, all across America. The protests are
scheduled to be held at state capitols, Mexican consulates, and on streets and overpasses
coast-to-coast, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Please join us! Let’s send a message to our elected officials that they’ll never forget!

We could do something about those awful countries down there and maybe take a second look at the drug war? Could? Maybe? I know you guys are always boosting for the next multi-trillion dollar War on ___, but just once, for a change, couldn’t you be for addressing the root of the problem instead of attacking it like a street gang with machine guns?

Pablo Escobar was protected by his corruption of the police and the government as well a by the Colombian constitution. Not until Los Pepes, outside the law, bombed his infrastructure and killed his people with impunity was his reign ended. We know that 99% of the chaos south of the border is a result of drugs. Our government, the Mexican government as well as the others could destroy the drug business as well send the cartels and gangs to hell in a week if they chose to. But then without MS 13 in every high school in America who would american high school students score there drugs from?

I spent nearly seven years south of the ,USA border. ..Veracruz, D.F.,Merida Yucatan and Belice. It changed my life.
These people invading our borders do not think like we do.
They simply do not have the capacity to realize or care that what another person or country may have required honest work and effort to obtain.
These folks pride themselves in their efforts to take what is not rightfully theirs from others, including their own citizens and neighbors.
Provechar and selosa are two words commonly used. in their conversations.
Provechar is to Take Advantage of….and selosa means Jealousy.
While we are compassionate, they see compassion as our weakness…and their gain.
The children do not learn to say please or thankyou. And this may be due to their sense of entitlement and their false mentality behind that which leads them to believe that they suffer more than anyone else in the world and that everyone else in the world is to blame and therefore the world owes them.
However illogical their thinking may be, they fail the capacity to think in logical terms.
I do not feel that education can reverse their beliefs.
Their problems in their societies and corrupt governments stem from themselves.
When they cross the border, they do not change miraculously and integrate as many others have done legally in the past.
They do not bring a positive contribution, but rather they bring to us their self same problems, culture, and society that they claim to be fleeing.

    Thanks for posting this Bunker.
When the ‘enemy’ is in the White House already, things going on make sense. It’s surprising that more people don’t see it or comprehend the takeover. Indoctrinated not to think that way – not to think … reasonably, as ‘grounded’ in truth and reality.

If this surrender of our borders to illegals, drug cartels and gang bangers by this administration doesn’t motivate us to demonstrate then nothing will.
P.S. Last month my son’s jazz band played in Montreal. Upon re-entering the US at the Champlain de Bernard border crossing their bus was unloaded and all seven of these american citizens were subjected to an inspection just short of a body cavity search. I told my son that next time tell the border patrol agents “No peaky inglish” and you’ll be on your way unmolested. Truth is stranger than fiction.

We came back from Canada with our RV and spent hours having to dump everything out on the ground on the U.S. side. Meanwhile we camped on the U.S. side. of the St, Lawrence. The Coast Guard came by every morning around 7:00 am to look us over. Like we would be waiting for them. We could have set our watch. Wacko USA
