Congressional Hearing – Obama’s ‘Ignoring Laws’ Could Lead to Overthrow of Government

Did I ever think I would hear someone speak at a congressional hearing about the possibility of an overthrow of the United States government? How long will Americans sit back and allow all of these unconstitutional acts be permitted? Our court system apparently will sit back and do nothing. We learned this when John Roberts sold us down the river for what? What did the government have on him? What do they have on many of our politicos? So it is Katie bar the door, one heck of a ride coming. What we have is nothing less than anarchy.

On Tuesday, Michael Cannon, Cato Institute’s Director of Health Policy Studies, testified before a congressional committee about the dangers of the president’s legal behavior.

“There is one last thing to which the people can resort if the government does not respect the restrains that the constitution places on the government,” Cannon said. “Abraham Lincoln talked about our right to alter our government or our revolutionary right to overthrow it.”

“That is certainly something that no one wants to contemplate,” he continued. “If the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws then they will conclude that neither are they.”

“That is a very dangerous sort of thing for the president to do, to wantonly ignore the laws,” Cannon concluded, “to try to impose obligation upon people that the legislature did not approve.”

To think of all that laid down their lives so we could be a free people. What a total disgrace.

The rumor is that Roberts illegally trafficked children out of Ireland so he could adopt them, for what it is worth.
I also wonder how long people will watch a lawless government before they decide they don’t need to obey the laws either. I am sure there will be people who eventually rise up if this continues and I cannot help but think that this is what Obama is secretly hoping for.

This Is WAY OVER DUE. Finally now that” O” is teetering back on his heel, a discussion that should have happened long ago on ALL of his Unconstitutional actions. He should be Impeached, anyone else would have been called on the carpet and compelled to come before congress for crimes.

At one time Zero believed he would need a army of domestic brown shirts to control the population once his agenda was in full gear. He soon came to realize how easily the U.S. Military could be morphed into his praetorian guard and scraped those plans. What was unthinkable, to those of us who grew up in the old america, is no longer so. High noon is closer than we think with no Gary Cooper available to face the bad guys.

No Clint Eastwood, no George Washington, but closer to a Lincoln, who suspended most citizens rights. I still ponder and have heard no good reason why he did not attend the Gettysburg anniversary.
