Massisve EPA propsed land grab underway, rigged and corrupt

Don’t think for one moment that Obama’s other minions are not marching forward with the agenda. This is to be one of the  most egregious. Any land owner would be wise to pay heed to this little number that the EPA’s Gina McCarty has in store for us. Total control of our land if we have even just a smidgen of water on it. Gina is going to stack the so called “Review Board” with her cronies, and make her land grab. Here we go:

What happens when Washington’s top environmental policymaker packs a government advisory board with federal grant recipients so she can regulate virtually every acre in the United States of America?

For one thing, two powerful members of Congress angrily take notice and demand in a news release to know why “EPA Skirts the Law to Expand Regulatory Authority.”

If approved, the new rule would give EPA unprecedented power over private property across the nation, gobbling up everything near seasonal streams, isolated wetlands, prairie potholes, and almost anything that occasionally gets wet.

Smith and Stewart are outraged by a proposed EPA rule – the “Water Body Connectivity Report” – that would remove the limiting word “navigable” from “navigable waters of the United States” and replace it with “connectivity of streams and wetlands to downstream waters” as the test for Clean Water Act regulatory authority.

Smith and Stewart accuse EPA of “pushing through a rule with vast economic and regulatory implications before the agency’s Science Advisory Board has had an opportunity to review the underlying science.”

EPA says its rule-making will be based on the final version of the SAB’s scientific assessment

Catch 22: The SAB is paid to verify whether the EPA report is technically accurate but the panel has not yet been provided with the proposed rule, even though the Office of Management and Budget has it.

McCarthy took no chances with letting hard-headed state or local water officials in, despite nominees from the Arizona Department of Water Resources, Missouri Dept. of Conservation, North Carolina Division of Water Quality, Ventura County Watershed Protection District, Susquehanna River Basin Commission, New York City Dept of Environmental Protection, and the State of Wyoming.

But here’s the worst part of it: Half of McCarthy’s choices received EPA grants in the last 10 years!

Great find! I haven’t seen this anywhere else. John Locke and the founders believed that property ownership was key to liberty so is it any wonder the EPA and the Dems are looking to find a way into our property rights?

EVERY ‘regulation’ imposed by a department/agency of the executive branch is NOT a VALID law. The executive branch has ZERO authority to make laws, that power belongs to CONGRESS ALONE. Congress CANNOT transfer or delegate their DELEGATED authority to the executive or judicial branch – the Constitution DOESN’T permit this. It doesn’t matter what SCOTUS says Congress may do, SCOTUS doesn’t have Constitutional authority to decide this issue – it belongs to the People and the states ALONE.

The federal government has no authority of its own, it operates on power WE allow it to have. The People ALLOW them to use OUR power as long as they follow OUR rules. When they go beyond the authority we allow them to use, they CEASE being a legitimate entity. It DOESN’T matter what people BEFORE us allowed the government to do, WE are in charge now. WE are putting our foot down and saying NO MORE! The federal government has gone WAAAAAAYYYY beyond the powers delegated to them by the Constitution. We are REVOKING their authority to govern us and will replace them with representatives who will SERVE us according to the rules in the Constitution. We will TAKE BACK the power SCOTUS STOLE from the People and the states. We will restore the balance of separated powers of the federal government established by the Constitution; we will restore the balance of powers between the states and the central government established by the Constitution.

Case law and precedence mean NOTHING! The Constitution’s Supremacy Clause stipulates that the Constitution is Supreme Law; federal laws made IN PURSUANCE of the Constitution are Supreme Law; treaties made UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE U.S. are Supreme Law. The Supremacy Clause says NOTHING about court rulings being law OR regulations of executive branch depts/agencies being law. Does our Country need SOME of the depts/agencies? Absolutely! However, those agencies have ONLY the authority to make RECOMMENDATIONS to Congress. Congress must consider those recommendations and either pass, or reject them. Only THEN do they become valid law.

The power is OURS, we must start acting like that and make the necessary corrections in the behavior of our disobedient creature.

This would be a great coup for the promoters of Agenda 21. This will help them push people out of rural areas and subburbs and into the major population centers where they will be stacked and packed and be forever under the government’s thumb. I fear people will not wake up until it is too late.

You make a good point. The story was just on Fox News. Recall the Sackett case that was won by them at the Supreme Court. This is an end run so that nobody will be able to build.
