Hagel: EPA Approval needed to Deploy Missile Defense Sites

As North Korea rattles its sabers, we have John Kerry and Chuck Hagel to count on. Wow.

Anyone who caught Michael Savage last night was in for some ride. In case your feel secure that Secretary Hagel is playing with a full deck, listen to the clips.

Since when does the EPA dictate where and how our defenses are deployed? We are in the hands of fools.

FYI this missile defense system is brought to you by the Reagan administration. The same one that he was mocked and criticized for when it, SDI aka Star Wars, was introduced!

Just for the memory,: Missile Defense; John Kerry  H/T:Thudbits March 15, 2013

A low key story in today’s newspapers mentions expansion of the US Missile Defense in CA and AK. During the Reagan years, every single Democrat voted against it. John Kerry said, “missile defense [was] a “dream based on an illusion,” with “real and terrible consequences?” “Being a Democrat means never being reminded of the times when you were wrong.” Which makes me wonder if John Kerry has ever been right on anything. He must subscribe to Hillary’s infamous, “What does it matter now?” He’s only Secretary of State and is a boot-licker to Obama.  As recently as 2008, Barack Obama said that he didn’t “agree with a missile defense system” and promised to slash funding for development of such systems. He did, too.

Kerry reveals his Iranian family ties -where was the F.B.I.?

How come we didn’t hear anything about Kerry’s Iranian family ties to Iran at his hearing? This leads him vulnerable to blackmail as his in-laws could be at risk. Anyone who has been around my blog knows I have been outraged that Iranian born Jarrett who still has friends in Iran has not been fully exposed for who she is, now we get this tidbit about Kerry.

“But what if the regime simply decides to round up Nahed’s family members and torture them? Or sends its goons to visit them at home? Or exerts some form of more subtle pressure on them that gets no publicity, and then makes it known they want the United States to release Iranians jailed in the United States on terrorism charges or for attempting to procure weapons technology or military spare parts”?

I can’t resist, first some on my gal Val:

Iranian born Valerie Jarrett – the real center of Obama’s inner circle is a great post to start out with if you need a refresher.

Even Obama’s handlers were worried at the time of his running for President, that Jarrett could be a big liability if her background was discovered.

…her ties to Chicago politicians and her Iranian background, and you have a potential nightmare,” says a Democrat media consultant who worked for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton. Jarrett may be to Obama what James McDougal was to Bill and Hillary Clinton.

Valerie Jarretts Father-in-Law Vernon Jarrett Head of Communist Youth

It turns out that around this time, Vernon Jarrett was a leader of the Chicago chapter of American Youth for Democracy – the youth wing of the Communist Party.

Now on to our patriot Kerry:

Kerry exposes Iranian family tie — and subjects family to blackmail

In a greeting to the Iranian people (do check out the greeting-unbelievable) on the occasion of the traditional New Year (Nowruz) holiday last week, Secretary of State John Kerry exposed a secret that journalists and academics have been agonizing over for the past six weeks: the fact that his daughter has married an Iranian-American who has extensive family ties to Iran.

“I am proud of the Iranian-Americans in my own family, and grateful for how they have enriched my life,” Kerry said in the official statement. Kerry also said he was “strongly committed to resolving” the differences between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran, “to the mutual benefit of both of our people.”

Since its inception, the FBI has vetted U.S. government officials involved in national security issues, and it generally won’t grant clearances to individuals who are married to nationals of an enemy nation or have family members living in that country, for fear of divided loyalties or, more simply, blackmail.

Kerry has repeatedly appeared with groups such as the American Iranian Council (AIC), and has taken money from Iranian-Americans for his political campaigns, including at least one illegal donation from an Iranian woman who did not have a green card.

Among Sen. John Kerry’s top fund-raisers are three Iranian-Americans who have been pushing for dramatic changes in U.S. policy toward the Islamic Republic of Iran.

So he didn’t need to have an Iranian-American family member to believe that the United States should forge direct relations with the Islamic Republic or ease U.S. pressure on the regime.

Obama’s High-Speed Rail Debacle

We hear a great deal about the solar energy debacle and waste of our dollars. One of the little reported stories has been the even more wasteful allocations regarding the high-speed rail lines. I caught this, and if  we are upset about the waste with the Solyndras, this is even more disturbing. It doesn’t hurt that Senator Patty Murray chairs the Senate panel that funds Transportation.

From Whitehouse Dossier :

I thought you might want to see this report by America’s original cable news outlet on the $12 billion has been spent by Obama on his high-speed rail pipe dream.

You guessed it. Not a single piece of track for high-speed rail has been laid down yet. Some trains have been made a little bit faster.

As this report notes, $800 million of federal money was sent to Washington State to reduce the train ride between Seattle and Portland by ten minutes.

I don’t think you have to be a Jeffersonian advocate of states rights to wonder WHY IN THE WORLD THE REST OF THE UNITED STATES IS PAYING TO MAKE TRAINS A LITTLE FASTER IN WASHINGTON STATE.

On CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” Drew Griffin profiles the unmet promises of the Obama stimulus high-speed rail spending.

Energy nominee Moniz ‘We need carbon tax to triple the cost’

How is this for another wacko nominee? Every new appointee more radical than the last. Ernest Moniz. A name we would rather forget. Let’s see what the Senate does with this one.

Moniz position is not far from that of Energy Secretary Steven Chu before he took a job in the Obama administration. “We have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe,” Chu said in 2008. Last year, gas hit $9 a gallon in Greece. Great, $12.00 a gallon sounds like a real economy booster.

Obama’s Energy Secretary Nominee Called For Doubling Or Tripling Energy Costs With Carbon Tax To Push U.S. Towards Green Energy…

Via Beltway Confidential:

President Obama’s Energy secretary nominee regards a carbon tax as one of the simplest ways to move the energy industry towards clean technologies, though he notes that government would have to come up with a plan to mitigate the burden this tax places on poor people, who would pay the most.

“Ultimately, it has to be cheaper to capture and store it than to release it and pay a price,” MIT professor and Energy nominee Ernest Moniz told the Switch Energy Project in an interview last year. “If we start really squeezing down on carbon dioxide over the next few decades, well, that could double; it could eventually triple. I think inevitably if we squeeze down on carbon, we squeeze up on the cost, it brings along with it a push toward efficiency; it brings along with it a push towards clean technologies in a conventional pollution sense; it brings along with it a push towards security. Because after all, the security issues revolve around carbon bearing fuels.”

Agenda 21 alive and well in New Zealand

If we think that we here in the U.S. are the only ones who are under the United Nations, this post from New Zealand sets us straight. The Demise of Christchurch City New Zealand blog gives us a glimpse into how this malevolent plan is taking place throughout the world.  Here we go:

Are we experiencing a communist infiltration sponsored by the United Nations?

New Zealand has United Nations Agenda 21 inserted into key legislation such as the Resource Management Act and the Local Government Act.

Here is a page from the Ministry for the Environment Website. Read it carefully!www_mfe_govt_nz_laws_meas

These look horrifying green to me, but they only border on communism.

You must check out this exam script exemplar from the NCEA course “Education in Sustainability” Exemplar 3 2008 exam else you will miss the point of this blog! Remember that this examination candidate was between 16 and 17 years old. Behind him or her are teachers, heads of department, headmasters, curriculum creators, government officials, Minister of Education and ultimately the Prime Minister himself. All responsible for the repugnant things this candidate is regurgitating and eventually going through life thinking what he or she has “learned” at school is and reasonable.

I found these on the governments NZQA website. http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/ncea/assessment/view-detailed.do?standardNumber=90812

What is perhaps more shocking are the examiner’s comments which are in red over each page.

This is only one of a number in a similar vein.

Yes- The base authorities for the course “Education in Sustainability” are Agenda 21 and the Brundtland Report!

If this is not an attempt to breed little communists at high school and send them out into the community armed with very little understanding of the consequences of what they have learned, then will someone enlighten me as to what it is.

Conversely, if you have any civic responsibility, perhaps you should email the Prime Minister and the Minister of Education ask for an explanation.

Please feel welcome to comment.

What do you think of the views expressed in this exam paper and more important, the views of his instructor. Here is the link again (Exemplar 3 2008 exam)

Fall of the Fourth Reich – Empire of Debt

How can the greatest empire in history fall now? In the same way the others did. H/T: Noisy Room

Micro-documentary: Weimar Hyperinflation 1923 vs USA Today

The similarities in the pre-hyperinflationary period appear to be striking! In a nutshell:

  • The national debt had risen to a point where it could not realistically be paid back.
  • The war had costed more than expected.
  • There was a high unemployment.
  • Products and services increased in price, while production decreased significantly.
  • The government’s response was to provide liquidity to the banks and inflate the currency.
  • The gold standard was left several years before.

Going forward, we strongly advice everyone to study what the documentary tells at the 6 minutes mark.

The only thing keeping the dollar afloat is a military bravado that keeps countries of the world inclined to use the dollar has a reserve currency. If that changes along with increasing deficits and diminishing public support for military interventions, we may see German style hyperinflation in the United States of America.

As soon as the world witnesses the loss of trust in the US dollar (the world reserve currency), the financial and monetary system will implode under its own weight. The sad truth is that our beloved leaders are kicking the can down the road for several years, arguing that nothing is going now. They totally ignore the future consequences of current decisions and policies.

Karl Rove thinks little of Dr. Ben Carson as candidate

What’s the matter Karl, you don’t think you can control this fine man? I read that Fox has signed on Rove for four more years. So now we can watch him plot and plan to have someone like a Jeb Bush be our next candidate for President along with other Rinos.

Mark Levin puts his take on the Karl Rove fiasco. Sarah Palin has a few thoughts on the matter as well. A good smack down by Levin.

“But even more so, this idea that Michigan’s minority voters will suddenly abandon their liberal, union loving ways to support Carson – simply based on the color of his skin – should be offensive to both liberals and conservatives. The reaction to such a move was already outlined in the previously linked article”. So says and isn’t it  Nice that Jazz Shaw over at Hot Air agrees with Rove. Let’s keep nominating libtards. It is working out swell.

Obama Puts Agenda 21 On Steroids

I am pleased to offer this guest post from Jim over at Asylum Watch– “Because it’s a crazy world out there and we have to live in it”.  It is an important post. Agenda 21 is a sleeper, and we need to stay on top of it. Jim does great research and thought-provoking commentary. Be sure and visit him.

President Obama mentioned recently that he is preparing to tell all federal agencies for the first time that they should consider the impact on climate change before approving major projects, from pipelines to highways. It should have. I highly doubt he will implement his plan via a bill that congress must approve. He is much more like to do it through an executive order.

Stanley Kurtz at National Review Online tells about Obama’s next steps toward stacking you and packing you in high density urban centers (Agenda 21).

Last Friday’s headlines focused on President Obama’s address at Argonne National Laboratory, where he proposed to spend $2 billion on an energy-security trust fund for renewable fuel research. Obama boldly pledged “to shift our cars entirely . . . off oil.”

…on the day of Obama’s Argonne speech, the Department of Energy released a series of coordinated reportscalled “Transportation Energy Futures” (developed in cooperation with Argonne). This DOE project explores a variety of strategies designed to curb America’s greenhouse gas emissions up to 80 percent by about 2050.

I don’t know about you, but I didn’t hear about these DOE reports. I guess the MSM didn’t think they were very important. So, what is the DOE up to? Kurtz explains:

Arguably the most controversial of those reports covers the “effects of the built environment on transportation.” To put it plainly, the “built environment” report lays out strategies the federal government can use to force development away from suburbs and into cities, supposedly for the sake of reducing carbon dioxide emissions given off by all those suburban commuters. The Obama administration wants to force so-called smart growth policies on the country: get out of your car, stay out of the suburbs, move into small, tightly-packed urban apartment complexes, and walk or take public transportation instead of driving. (Bold added)

You can see what is coming, can’t you? The only projects that will get approval will be those in the cities. A developer wants to build a new subdivision in a suburb will find the permits denied or delayed indefinitely while the impact on climate change is reviewed and reviewed again. Need to add roads or schools to a suburb? Sorry! It would produce too much green house gases. The idea will be to make too expensive to live in the suburbs.

And, of course, there are all those federal grants that local politicians can’t turn down.

Kurtz has some thoughts on how to fight back:

How can these changes be fought? Publicity helps. Controversial policies like “smart growth” often operate under the public’s radar. Obama wants the energy debate to focus on benign-sounding research plans, while his administration’s interest in placing the massive power of federal funding behind urban densification strategies goes unnoticed.

The other way to block Obama’s plans is to have Congress cut funding for the Sustainable Communities Initiative. In particular, future funding for the Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant program ought to be eliminated. Although the cost of these planning grants is small, their potential impact is large, especially if the administration follows through with the built environment report’s option of conditioning a wide range of federal aid on local adherence to so-called smart-growth planning. (I described these troubling “sustainability” grants in “Obama’s Plan for Ohio.”)

Yours truly is not very optimistic that the House Republicans will use their power over the purse. All indications are that once again there will be no budget passed on the 27th of this month. That means there will be another Continuing Resolution passed to fund the government through September. The House Republicans could include no funding for “climate change reviews”. They could eliminate funds for those pesky government grants. They could cut funding for the DOE programs. And, of course, the Democrats could say no and shut down the government and blame it on the Republicans, in which case, the Republicans will fold in a heart beat.

So, the ultimate in central planning, Agenda 21, marches on.

NSA Utah spy center revealed – 100 years of total data stored

This concludes the last part of my three-part post. Written for those who would dismiss true patriots with derision. These posts are well documented with reliable sources. You owe it to anyone who still disbelieves the unthinkable. Acquaint your self with what is out there. This final post should be the coup de grace. Video at end of post.

I first started out with Obama: ‘Prolonged Detention’ otherwise known as FEMA Camps

Obama talks about the FEMA camps and explains their purposes in the video. “Prolonged Detention” is the term being used. This is not your father’s Gitmo. Before the speech, one not to be missed, let us look at the new position that just might be the perfect fit. Rachael Maddow of all people does a surperb job of dissecting his speech at the post. For those who still doubt about detention without trial, this is for you.

Yesterday I posted Barack Obama’s Surveillance Society. Check out the excellent videos. Included in the post is Obama fights injunction against unlawful detention of U.S. citizens

Obama mouthpiece suggested to Judge Forrest that concerns about the president’s detention powers were excessive as American citizens would, after all, have the ability to file a writ of habeas corpus should they be illegally or improperly jailed! “How long does [such a] petition take,” asked Forrest? When Torrance refused to answer, the Judge continued,“Several years, right”? (In Yesterday’s post, Obama seemed to think that ten years might be about right) -prolonged detention. Keep that phrase in mind.

So now, the final conclusion. Read it, and pass it on to anyone who still doubts what the future holds.

Filmed from Redwood Road, you can see the progress of the NSA’s Utah Data Center also called the NSA Spy Center. There are some quotes from various individuals who are knowledgeable or have worked for the NSA.

These are quotes and information about the Utah Data Center that has received serious scrutiny by many people. Let me know what you think.
