Obama’s temper tantrum: ‘To hell with Congress’ and your bill

It turns out that the latest omnibus spending bill that no one read is just filled with more good news, Obama plans on not abiding by the bill he signed.

The American Spectatorsummarizes:

This isn’t just a matter of choosing how to interpret unclear provisions of a law;this is explicitly refusing to abide by clear-as-day provisions in a law he just signed. As I have written repeatedly, this man has dangerously authoritarian tendencies. He is a menace.

Expose Obama has a good breakdown of the temper tantrum our fearless leader is having. Slide over to the The Washington Times piece to get a feel of the arrogance of our despot.

Emily Miller of The Washington Times reports that Obama plans to violate the $1 trillion omnibus spending bill he signed on Friday. Instead,he issued a signing statement that he and Eric Holder’s Justice Department believe the bill is “subject to well-founded constitutional objections.” (Here’s the text of the statement.)

What are they? That Congress has asked to be notified if U.S. troops are placed under foreign command. It does not ban the practice of placing U.S. troops under foreign generals;it simply requires that Congress be notified beforehand. Expose Obama gives you the why of Obama having his knickers in a knot over this.

The bill —which Obama signed —defunded four of his nine czars. Zero-funding these offices,Obama wrote,“could prevent me from fulfilling my constitutional responsibilities.”

Altogether, these acts,Obama writes, represent “constitutionally impermissible forms of congressional aggrandizement.” Why am I laughing myself silly??

And for those of us who are having our own temper tantrum and threatening to walk away from our Rhino to be, do you really want more of this? Do you think four more years of this is better?

This information is nowhere to be found in the mainstream media!

Obama has zero regard for the Constitution. He has shown so by both actions and words.

And why isn’t Congress really reining him in?

There is something more going down. I guess it is now expected that he no longer is accountable. The House should refuse to give him one more nickel until he backs off this.

Why even submit bills to the president if he can just turn around and do whatever he wants? continuing to fund czars he just defunded and turning over our troops to the United Nations. How much more ammunition do the Republican candidates need? I’m thinking of throwing my hat in the ring. This is ridiculous.

I have threatened to walk away from our nominee also, but when push comes to shove I know that I will end up voting for the RINO because Obama needs to be stopped at all costs.

It took the Progressives decades to get everything in place to get to where we are. I think we are expecting a lot to think we can turn all of this around in one election. The House controls the purse. There is no reason we cannot bear down. The issue is that Romney really has not been vetted at all. I am sure the left is saving it up. Whatever is out there, the left wants him to be the candidate.

This is the lawlessness of the Bank Party on display. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if they told him to pull this off and he just doesn’t know how except by temper tantrum. The Bank Party owns pretty much the whole shebang and they make the rules now because us stupid plebes are too dumb to know what’s going on.

Bush did it too, so we have a government that’s careening off the rails.

I believe our entire federal government is “subject to well-founded constitutional objections.”

Indeed SF. Congress for a very long time waived off its responsibilities. Letting the Czars write the rules to carry out the legislation without proper oversight and being unclear. Now bills are passed that no one reads, that no one understands. That has to be the first order of business. Stopping this nonsense.
