Just what is the purpose of FEMA camps?

Up to now, I was willing to give the so-called FEMA camps a pass at preparing for a natural or external disaster of some sort. But then, when I recall it wasn’t until late in my life that I even heard about the detention of the Japanese during WW II, I thought hmm. With the latest passage of the Defense Authorization bill which has provisions that are certainly alarming, it made me want to take a second look. I really don’t know what is going down. At the risk of sounding like a right-winger, I leave it to you to look at the documents that are out there and come to your own conclusion. This fencing thing really caught my eye. OK.. we may need temporary housing, but do we need to be fenced in?? Check out for sure: Entitled “Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements,”

Army Releases Civilian Inmate Labor Program Document

Soon after KBR’s announcement, a little-known Army document surfaced. Entitled the “Civilian Inmate Labor Program,” the unclassified document describes in detail Army Regulation 210-35. The regulation, first drafted in 1997, underwent a “rapid act revision” in January 2005 and now provides a policy for the creation of labor programs and prison camps on Army installations.

Infowars.com has received a document originating from Halliburton subsidiary KBR that provides details on a push to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States. Entitled “Project Overview and Anticipated Project Requirements,” the document describes services KBR is looking to farm out to subcontractors.

Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for temporary “emergency environment” camps located in five regions of the United States.

Internment Camp Services Bid Arrives After NDAA

KBR’s call for FEMA camp service bids arrives soon after the Senate overwhelmingly passed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which permits the military to detain and interrogate supposed domestic terror suspects in violation of the Fourth Amendment and Posse Comitatus.

Section 1031 of the NDAA bill declares the whole of the United States as a “battlefield” and allows American citizens to be arrested on U.S. soil and incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay.

A number of civil liberties groups have come out in strong opposition to the legislation, most notably the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL), the nation’s oldest and largest Asian American civil and human rights organization.

In a letter addressed to Congress, S. Floyd Mori, the national director of JACL, said the NDAA is the first time that Congress has scaled back on the protections provided by the Non-Detention Act of 1971. Mori said the legislation, if enacted and put into use, would be reminiscent of the unconstitutional indefinite detention of Japanese Americans during World War II.

National Emergency Centers Act

In 2009, the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 was introduced in Congress. It mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

In addition to emergencies, the legislation is designed to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse, as Paul Joseph Watson noted in January of 2009. Based on my perspective, FEMA camps under Martial Law is a repitition of historic event during the Holocaust in WWII. There are now executive laws or orders, that declines our Civil Rights and Bill of Rights.President Obama secretly singed a contract for permitting Martial Law in December 24th, 2011.The FEMA camps are obviously concentration camps, where we are all going to be tortured, killed, slaughtered, working under labor, and experimented, compared to Nazism. And I believe that they are going to do an old program called, MK-ULTRA, that are psychological experiments based on brainwashing technics associated with drugs and toxic chemicals such as LSD, mercury, and lead. ANother technic were shock treatments, and hypnosis. They use this program to brainwash inmates to become spies, assassins, and messengers, and for just human experimentation causing torture. am quite skeptic that there would a natural disaster, or an economic collapse. Of course it is a possibility that these incidents would occur sometime in the future. What I know for sure, is that Barrack Obama is associated with Arrabics and Islam. We are currently at war against the Islamic people, where there was some kind of an opposition, causing an international rivalry. Fortunately, Obama only has two years for his presidency to be declined, hoping there would be a good president that would rescue us, support the economy by preventing mortgages and loss of jobs, and most importantly, having peace and neutrality with other foregn countries.
So, it is imperative to get out of this country and go to any place for safety before we are all going to be trapped, surrounded, and arrested by cops who are the modern Nazis, sending us to trains that would transport us to the FEMA camps. There are over 800 FEMA camps throughought the U.S. on every state, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, since they are part of the U.S.A. I fanthom that this is quite shocking. Obama is Adolf Hitler in reality! Llike any other highly influencial dictator declaring power, invasion, greed, genocides, amd death.
People shouldn’t have voted an African American man, since African Americans have held hatred and resentment toward the Anglo Americans who have enslaved their ancestors centuries ago from the 1600s-late1800s. Even today, they still face racism and discrimination even they are now American citizens. I theororize that Obama is planning an uprising against all of us, by exterminating us completely. And once we are all exterminated, all the the Middle Eastern nations will invade our country, including the Africans I suppose. There was a revelation the Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii, and his place of birth still remains a mystery. Instead, they could have voted Hilary Clinton, who could have been the first female president, not a traitor to the whole nation. Martial is already activated, and there was activity in Boston, Texas, New Jersey, and Anaheim in California in 2012-2013 this year. There is a superdome inTexas that can occupy up to 60,000 inmates like us. New Jersey now have a plan to put GPS tracking devices on people that look like typical bracelets. Cops are practicing Marial Law by arresting people for protesting, riots, and yelling, because they are innocent and defensless bewildered citizens, getting arrested, since we no longer have the amendment that allow us to have the right of speak, press, and assembly. American is no longer freedom, home, nor the “land of oppertunity ” anymore.
May God and Jesus Christ be in our faith and rescue us, for he is our savior. Amen.

  2. Obama: ‘Prolonged Detention’ otherwise known as FEMA Camps | BUNKERVILLE | God, Guns and Guts Comrades! Says:

[…] Obama talks about the FEMA camps and explains there purposes. “Prolonged Detention” is the term being used. Before the speech, let us look at the new position that just might be the perfect fit. Check out my earlier post: Just what is the purpose of the FEMA camps? […]

  3. Government Fema Camps Says:

Following a crackdown by police on Occupy Wall Street protesters around the nation, Oakland, California, mayor Jean Quan mentioned during an interview with the BBC that she was on a conference call with leaders of 18 US cities shortly before a wave of raids broke up Occupy Wall Street encampments across the country. It was later discovered that the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and other federal police agencies had coordinated the often violent response to the protests.

These plans have been in the works for years. But in the hands of Obama? As demographics are intentionally shifted and the percentage of actual Americans shrink, there could well be some kind of social unrest in the future. in the hands of Obama?

Whatever the emergency, I would prefer not to be fenced in. That concept makes me a bit nervous.. right… with OBummer anything goes these days.

Remember that Jesse Ventura’s FEMA episode was the only one that was pulled from the reruns.

I especially like the part where he grills Rep. Cohen from Memphis and make him look like a fool.

I find it interesting that so many people adulate Ronald Reagan, yet dismiss everyone who worked for him, like Paul Joseph Watson, the father of “Reaganomics”, who speak out against the standard “conservative” talking points.

Whoops, I meant to say Paul Craig Roberts, the assistant Treasury Secretary. The columns he has written are very hard on both Bush and Obama. He calls out the banksters behind the scenes running both parties and the country into the ground.

You might be interested in this famous clip where Rep. Jack Brooks asks Oliver North about the “continuity of government plan” in the event of a disaster. He is abruptly and spinechillingly cut off by Sen Inoye

      Transcript:
Congressman Jack Brooks: Colonel North, in your work at the N.S.C. were you not assigned, at one time, to work on plans for the continuity of government in the event of a major disaster?

Brendan Sullivan North’s counsel, agitatedly: Mr. Chairman?

Senator Daniel Inouye: I believe that question touches upon a highly sensitive and classified area so may I request that you not touch upon that?

Brooks: I was particularly concerned, Mr. Chairman, because I read in Miami papers, and several others, that there had been a plan developed, by that same agency[talking about FEMA], a contingency plan in the event of emergency, that would suspend the American constitution. And I was deeply concerned about it and wondered if that was an area in which he had worked. I believe that it was and I wanted to get his confirmation.

Inouye: May I most respectfully request that that matter not be touched upon at this stage. If we wish to get into this, I’m certain arrangements can be made for an executive session.
