MSNBC left wing guest had called for violent revolution

After blasting the right for promoting violent revolution, about  :50 in, hear the guest on the left go way out… but we never ever hear about this.

On January 8th MSNBC guests Eugene Robinson and Josh Marshall, along with host Keith Olbermann, soberly assured their viewers that violent, political rhetoric is exclusive to the American right. Two months earlier, on November 8th, MSNBC host Dylan Ratigan called for a new American revolution and featured guest Ted Rall who advocates a violent overthrow of the government. Bretbart

Thanks for some other fantastic article. The place else may just anybody

    search for such information.

So I watched this clip twice. Where was it that either one of these people called for the violent revolution of anything ? Revolution was mentioned but not in any violent manner was it called for or promoted.

  3. The media tries to pin the Arizona shooting on the Tea Party and talk radio « America's Watchtower Says:

[…] this:    If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun     And as can be seen at both Bunkerville and Conservative Hideout, it is actually a leftist who has openly called for a violent revolution […]

I remember reading about this on Conservative Hideout but I had forgotten about it until I read this post. It is amazing the double standard that is employed in the media, isn’t it? Here we have a leftist calling for violence and the media doesn’t report it, yet when a madman engages in violence the media blame conservative talk radio.

  6. Karen Howes Says:

Yes, it’s always conservative Christians who go around killing people and blowing people up and aborting babies and creating extermination camps… oh, wait.

  7. Matt Says:

I covered this back when it happened. The double-standard is astounding, isn’t it?

    • bunkerville Says:

Right.. the Black Panther’s can “Prepare for War”, and Piven can say the same, and not a peep.

      • Eric H. Dodge Says:

Let’s not forget the anointed one with his calls to “punish our enemies” or his doozie of: “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a GUN” in which he continued with, “Because from what I understand folks in Philly like a good brawl.”
Umm, yeah… in other words: Let’s fight and if we’re gonna fight, then let’s not fight fair. Seriously aggressive rhetoric from the leader of the left himself. Guns at a brawl? Really?

  8. Heubler Says:

perhaps none of you noticed, but there was no call for “violent” revolution in this clip. The two talked of bus strikes, and other such actions, not armed, violent insurrection.

And I’m surprised none of you picked up on Breitbart’s pathetic attempt at showing equivalence of rhetoric of the right and left.

Another edited clip that is going to bite him on the ass, when it’s more widely shown on the net.

Dude, nice pick-up here. It was so good I used it in a piece I published over at Baldilocks.

Thanks for this find, B-Ville. You da man.

  10. Eric H. Dodge Says:

Great pick up on this one… I’ve been looking to find an article to post on Facebook to counter all of the anti-right rhetoric that is swirling around. As always, keep up the good work!!!
