Anita Dunn fires back at Beck over Mao remarks

“The Mao quote is one I picked up from the late Republican strategist Lee Atwater from something I read in the late 1980s, so I hope I don’t get my progressive friends mad at me,” Dunn told CNN. Yes, always good to tell  a High School Graduation, read Mao’s Little Red Book and mention that he is one of your favorite Philosophers, and you think about him every day.

UPDATE: Anita says it was just a quote, and well,it was just Irony. You listen, you decide! Millions dead, well, I dunno

Beck led the charge against Obama’s former green jobs czar Van Jones. We take on one Marxist at a time.

“Ideological education is the key link to be grasped in uniting the whole Party for great political struggles. Unless this is done, the Party cannot accomplish any of its political tasks.”…Chairman Mao

Anita firing at Beck? What with a ‘spitball’? She said she was referencing Lee Atwater. But Atwater was discussing strategy. She said her favorite ‘philosopher’. Strategy and philosophy are two totally different realms. Nice try Anita…that dog don’t bark either.

Great choice, Anita. Mao Tse Tung. Murderer of millions!

Conversely, Mao’s socio-political programs, such as the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution, are blamed for causing severe famine and damage to the culture, society and economy of China. Mao’s policies and political purges from 1949-1975 are widely believed to have caused the deaths of tens of millions of people.[2][3][4] Since Deng Xiaoping assumed power in 1978, many Maoist policies have been abandoned in favour of economic reforms.
