Cochran stiffed Black Reverend of money after delivering Black votes

As if the nasty election in Mississippi couldn’t get more disgusting.  We can only hope this can be traced back to Cochran himself so the old fool can be removed. Well, old fool is not the operative word. It was all that we hate about the GOP establishment that brought us this outcome. Thanks Karl Rove. We as well have McRino McCain to thank too. By the way,McDaniel as of Friday had refused to concede, but Cochran appears to have narrowly prevailed

It would seem that laws were broken here, too. At the direction of the Cochran campaign, Reverend Fielder went “door to door, different places, mostly impoverished neighborhoods, to the housing authorities and stuff like that,” telling fellow blacks that McDaniel was a racist and promising them $15 per vote. “They sold me on the fact that he was a racist and that the right thing to do was to keep him out of office,” Fielder says.Democrat Reverend Stevie Fielder says he delivered hundreds or thousands to the polls last week and was told to pay $15 to each voter.

Democrat black reverend, who brought “hundreds” to the polls for promise of payment, exposes alleged massive voter fraud, vote buying operation by Cochran campaign.

A black reverend stiffed by the Cochran campaign has exposed an alleged criminal conspiracy by Cochran staffers to commit massive voter fraud ahead of Tuesday’s controversial U.S. Senate Republican runoff election in Mississippi.

Reverend Stevie Fielder, associate pastor at historic First Union Missionary Baptist Church and former official at Meridian’s redevelopment agency, says he delivered “hundreds or even thousands,” of blacks to the polls after being offered money and being assured by a Cochran campaign operative that Chris McDaniel was a racist.

It is illegal under several provisions of Mississippi law and federal law for campaign officials to bribe voters with cash and punishable up to five years in jail. (MS Code 97-13-1; MS Code 97-13-3 (2013) (Federal Code 18 U.S.C. 597, U.S.C. 1973i(c))

Weasel Zippers: McRINO Praises Cochran Campaign’s Really excellent use of Race Baiting…

“Obviously, I claim credit for it, but, actually, the reason why he won was that he had a really excellent get-out-the-vote campaign,” McCain told The Arizona Republic. “There are some people who are complaining that African-American voters voted. I thought one of the major priorities of the Republican Party was to get all minority and ethnic voters out to vote for Republicans.” [...]

“The key to it is you’d better pay attention, you’d better work hard, you’d better organize,” McCain said. “And you’d better understand that there is a strong anti-Washington/anti-incumbency sentiment out there, which is justified, and you’ve got your work cut out for you. If I run again, I know what I’m going to be up against and I know that it’s going to be a long, hard slog. But I enjoy campaigning. I love it. And I love traveling around the state.” (Ed: You bet your bibi John. We will be gunning for your seat. You betcha.)

Obamacare navigators commiting fraud video

Just like there is no voter fraud. We already know that Acorn reconstituted got a chunk of the navigator money. What a surprise. Bill O’Reilly led off The Factor last night with video from Project Veritas showing Obamacare navigators committing fraud.  Undercover Veritas operatives captured the video in Texas.  Navigators with the National Urban League instruct the applicants in how to commit fraud. Anyone who watched the show last night got an earful from Juan Williams how unfair this clip was, After all, this doesn’t demonstrate anything does it Juan.

Supreme Court Proof of Citizenship Voter Registration Law Struck Down

Maggie’s Notebook brings us this: Arizona Proof of Citizenship Voter Registration Law Struck Down at Supreme Court – Thomas, Alito Dissent. Wander over for her thoughts on the matter. (Two posts today).

Arizona’s voter registration law (Proposition 200) was struck down by the Supreme Court today with Justices Thomas and Alito dissenting. The law required showing proof of citizenship at the time of registering:

U.S. Supreme Court

In the majority opinion, Justice Antonin Scalia said the state law was preempted by language in the federal statute saying that states must “accept and use” a federal registration form.

The state law ordered officials to reject the form if there was no accompanying proof of citizenship. Source: Reuters

Alabama, Georgia and Kansas have similar laws and joined Arizona’s case.

Look at this from Justice Sotomayor:

At an oral argument in March, Thomas Horne, a lawyer for Arizona, told the justices that the state was within its rights to ask for additional information beyond the simple federal form.

“It’s extremely inadequate,” Horne said. “It’s essentially an honor system. It does not do the job.”

“Well,” answered Justice Sonia Sotomayor, “that’s what the federal system decided was enough.” Source: USNews-NBC

Just wait until we get 30 million more “immigrants” on the non-books. Washington State does not even have polling locations. All is done by mail. What with same day registration, some states voting for over a month, no standards whatsoever, but now we must “accept and use” a federal registration form? Even Banana Republics require I.D.

Acorn alive, fake voter registration rampant

Acorn is alive and well. I give credit to CNN for doing this piece. $800,000 was given to Acorn by Obama, acording to the clip and the best part, they are behind the litigation in many States over I.D. requirements. Anyone still wondering what this regime is all about? Here we go.

Even though it was supposedly stripped of federal funding in 2009, a non-partisan government corruption watchdog says the disgraced organization known as ACORN is alive and well and still thriving on government dollars.

“So ACORN has not gone away. What it has done is it’s had its tentacles rebrand themselves and rename themselves in order to get federal money and go around the ban that Congress passed and the president signed,” Epstein explains.

One of those branches, Project Vote, is now working with the Obama Justice Department to sue various states under the National Voter Registration Act.

“Project Vote forced them to accept many fraudulent voter registration forms,” the Cause of Action executive director reports. “And that part of the problem was that the states became so overwhelmed, they couldn’t actually conduct good oversight to ensure election integrity.”
Epstein does not think the Justice Department will either investigate ACORN and its affiliates, or prevent voter fraud, but he hopes Congress will conduct thorough oversight on the matter. Lots of luck with that one.

Dead People Receive Ballots in NH Primary UPDATE

UPDATE: Pew research- one in eight voter registrations is invalid.

Anyone out there still wondering about vote fraud? How easy is this. Think about all of the absentee ballots out there. Does anyone wonder if Obama will do all he can to get elected by doing it the Chicago way? Oh these nasty GOPers. Contrast this with Rachel Maddow’s take on the situation. Somehow James O’Keefe did not get much attention on this one. But here it is.

James O’Keefe of ACORN and NPR-busting infamy released another video expose that shows how easy it is to obtain ballots to vote by assuming the identity of dead people. Video below

UPDATE: Nearly 2 million dead people still listed on active voter

WASHINGTON — One in eight voter registrations in the US is no longer valid or has “significant inaccuracies,” according to a new report released Tuesday.

The report, published by the Pew Center, suggests that US elections may be disordered, technologically behind and unnecessarily expensive.

About 24 million active voter registrations are invalid, the report found.

In addition, nearly two million dead people are listed as active voters, and more than 2.7 million voters have active registrations in more than one state.  Full report at Pew here

9th Circuit Tosses AZ Voter Proof of Citizenship Requirement

Another winning day for the 9th circuit. Judge Ikuta, joined by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, sitting by designation, wrote the majority opinion in this case. The outrage is that Sandra Day O’Connor was brought in for this vote. Under what mandate does the 9th have to “appoint” someone to “sit in” and make a decision? Is this what we have come to? Already, voter fraud will determine the outcome of close elections in some cases, and already non Citizens are allowed to vote. Have we no respect for those who have fought and died for our freedom that we throw the ballot away so easily?

While I am on a tear, be sure and catch my earlier story back in July when the Federal Government orders “Cumulative voting” in Port Chester, NY–no longer one man one vote: Court orders to implement new voting methods. Coming soon to a town near you.

“You have to have ID to vote, so how in the world can they say it’s a hardship to have ID to register to vote? But, then, it’s not a hardship to actually complete process of voting?,” questioned Tucson Tea Party founder, Trent Humphries.

A comment: Vote in our elections? We should turn over all of our important decisions to the much more superior intelligence of the world community. How arrogant of this country to do otherwise.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals strikes again: The  AZ law requiring voters to show proof of citizenship when registering to vote and proof of identification when casting ballots. The opinion is here:

Proposition 200 requires prospective voters in Arizona to present documentary proof of citizenship in order to register to vote, … and requires registered voters to present proof of identification in order to cast a ballot at the polls…. This appeal raises the questions whether Proposition 200 violates the Voting Rights Act § 2, 42 U.S.C. § 1973, is unconstitutional under the Fourteenth or Twenty-fourth Amendments of the Constitution, or is void as inconsistent with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA)….

We hold that the NVRA supersedes Proposition 200’s voter registration procedures, and that Arizona’s documentary proof of citizenship requirement for registration is therefore invalid.
