Acorn alive, fake voter registration rampant

Acorn is alive and well. I give credit to CNN for doing this piece. $800,000 was given to Acorn by Obama, acording to the clip and the best part, they are behind the litigation in many States over I.D. requirements. Anyone still wondering what this regime is all about? Here we go.

Even though it was supposedly stripped of federal funding in 2009, a non-partisan government corruption watchdog says the disgraced organization known as ACORN is alive and well and still thriving on government dollars.

“So ACORN has not gone away. What it has done is it’s had its tentacles rebrand themselves and rename themselves in order to get federal money and go around the ban that Congress passed and the president signed,” Epstein explains.

One of those branches, Project Vote, is now working with the Obama Justice Department to sue various states under the National Voter Registration Act.

“Project Vote forced them to accept many fraudulent voter registration forms,” the Cause of Action executive director reports. “And that part of the problem was that the states became so overwhelmed, they couldn’t actually conduct good oversight to ensure election integrity.”
Epstein does not think the Justice Department will either investigate ACORN and its affiliates, or prevent voter fraud, but he hopes Congress will conduct thorough oversight on the matter. Lots of luck with that one.

Dead People Receive Ballots in NH Primary UPDATE

UPDATE: Pew research- one in eight voter registrations is invalid.

Anyone out there still wondering about vote fraud? How easy is this. Think about all of the absentee ballots out there. Does anyone wonder if Obama will do all he can to get elected by doing it the Chicago way? Oh these nasty GOPers. Contrast this with Rachel Maddow’s take on the situation. Somehow James O’Keefe did not get much attention on this one. But here it is.

James O’Keefe of ACORN and NPR-busting infamy released another video expose that shows how easy it is to obtain ballots to vote by assuming the identity of dead people. Video below

UPDATE: Nearly 2 million dead people still listed on active voter

WASHINGTON — One in eight voter registrations in the US is no longer valid or has “significant inaccuracies,” according to a new report released Tuesday.

The report, published by the Pew Center, suggests that US elections may be disordered, technologically behind and unnecessarily expensive.

About 24 million active voter registrations are invalid, the report found.

In addition, nearly two million dead people are listed as active voters, and more than 2.7 million voters have active registrations in more than one state.  Full report at Pew here

9th Circuit Tosses AZ Voter Proof of Citizenship Requirement

Another winning day for the 9th circuit. Judge Ikuta, joined by Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, sitting by designation, wrote the majority opinion in this case. The outrage is that Sandra Day O’Connor was brought in for this vote. Under what mandate does the 9th have to “appoint” someone to “sit in” and make a decision? Is this what we have come to? Already, voter fraud will determine the outcome of close elections in some cases, and already non Citizens are allowed to vote. Have we no respect for those who have fought and died for our freedom that we throw the ballot away so easily?

“You have to have ID to vote, so how in the world can they say it’s a hardship to have ID to register to vote? But, then, it’s not a hardship to actually complete process of voting?,” questioned Tucson Tea Party founder, Trent Humphries.  

A comment: Vote in our elections? We should turn over all of our important decisions to the much more superior intelligence of the world community. How arrogant of this country to do otherwise.  

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals strikes again: The  AZ law requiring voters to show proof of citizenship when registering to vote and proof of identification when casting ballots. The opinion is here:

Proposition 200 requires prospective voters in Arizona to present documentary proof of citizenship in order to register to vote, … and requires registered voters to present proof of identification in order to cast a ballot at the polls…. This appeal raises the questions whether Proposition 200 violates the Voting Rights Act § 2, 42 U.S.C. § 1973, is unconstitutional under the Fourteenth or Twenty-fourth Amendments of the Constitution, or is void as inconsistent with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA)….

We hold that the NVRA supersedes Proposition 200’s voter registration procedures, and that Arizona’s documentary proof of citizenship requirement for registration is therefore invalid.
