Why the United States is giving away ownership of our Energy and Refineries

Yesterday my post was U.S. giving away ownership and control of our Energy and refineriesPaladin, who writes a great blog commented on the post, and it is worthy of a read. Pay him a visit if you haven’t done so. His response gives a succinct explanation of how we came to where we are. Where we are headed. Here we go:

The left’s grand idea to prevent WW III was to intertwine all of the key player’s economies so that could never happen because everybody would go broke. There are several outcomes from such a strategy, the first is that if one economy fails to thrive, all connected economies take a hit. This is why it is said that if the American economy has a cold, the rest of the world gets the flu. The flawed premise was that America’s economy would always be preeminent.

The second effect is a bit more subtle. As foreign influence grows, international policy becomes critical. This is why Obama’s foreign policy is so important. The fact that he basically doesn’t have one, is not good news. By being a follower and not a leader, Obama submits America to the will of her enemies by default. The third effect is massive corruption.

We have already seen the effect of such corruption with the collapse of the housing market in 2008. A collapse formed by the left holding a gun to the head of lenders and forcing them to make loans to people who could not pay them back. Banks sold these loans to investors who purchased insurance to limit risk and the rest is history. There were runs on commercial banks, but the public was kept calm and the consumer banks dodged a bullet. We began printing money around the clock in March of that year because the government saw what was coming and have never stopped. Flooding our economy with cash worked to calm fears initially, but economists believe that you cannot do so and avoid the consequence of run away inflation. While that has not happened yet, many believe that it is only a matter of time and that is why economic growth is slow as the economic shell game tries desperately to suck up all of that extra cash.

The fourth effect is overconfidence. Most in American government believe that our foreign co-conspirators, because the only way any of this works is with the cooperation of foreign powers, would never allow our economy to go belly up. If we go, they go. At least that is the thinking. But there may be ways around an economic collapse. The use of gold reserves for instance. Something that America no longer believes is necessary, but the Chinese and Russians still have. In fact, the Chinese have been buying gold steadily for years and hanging on to it. Could that mean that the Red Chinese would survive if the American economy collapses? Possibly. If the American economy implodes, the Red Chinese transition to the gold standard and possibly survive the chain reaction of economic collapse.

The untold story is that wealth is being created outside of the United States. As American assets are being carved up by foreign powers, the best and the brightest in those fields are going to work for them. American ownership of American resources is dwindling. And American citizens become beholden to foreign powers and not their own government. Who do you think these citizens will elect to that government? Will the public support policies that are not favorable to their employers? Why would a citizen care about something that he no longer has a vested interest in? That is the long range problem and one that terrifies the left when they consider the influence of capitalism, but not, strangely, when one trades the place of the capitalist with that of the foreign dictator.

As the foreign acquisition of American business continues to grow, so too does foreign influence on our government. Influence that may or may not have America’s best interests at heart. Such a circumstance does not see America as an equal, but as a resource to be tapped. Ultimately, that is the grave danger of foreign ownership and why colonialism failed. It’s just that in our case, there are no foreign troops. Although I would not be surprised to see such should the American economy fold.

We have never truly recovered economically from 9/11. While the loss of life was tragic, the economic damage was far worse. In short, we are very vulnerable economically right now. We spend like there is no tomorrow, and just wait until the medical bills begin to roll in from Obamacare. Cloward and Piven’s strategy is alive and well, and the aim is to crash the American economy to initiate governmental change by crisis.

There are a lot of pokers in the economic fire right now.

EU, World Bank brutalize Africans for Carbon Credits

Here is a story that Al Gore and his henchmen, the Liberal wacko’s, the Progressives, who care so much for the environment, that they will not let you know about it. And the EU and the World Bank are equally responsible. But this is their M.O. for the uninitiated. Our lives are nothing to them, we have no value. In fact, we are a burden to their precious planet. For you see, they think there are far to many of us. So for these sad folks it is too late. Let this be our wake up call. Because sooner or later, they will come for us. Yes indeed.

The government of Uganda and the U.K.-based “carbon credits” firm New Forests Company — accredited by the United Nations and largely financed by the World Bank and the European Union — are under intense public pressure after evidence emerged that over 20,000 poor Ugandan farmers were brutally evicted from their lands in order for New Forests Company to plant trees. The atrocities, publicized in a September 22 report by the non-profit aid group Oxfam, have made headlines around the world. But not in America. They are still trying to ram the credits down our throats, and this is bad press.

“We were beaten by soldiers. They beat my husband and put him in jail,” Naiki Apanabang, who obtained her family’s land in recognition of her grandfather’s military service, told Oxfam investigators. “The eviction was very violent.” Apanabang and her eight children no longer have enough food to eat — let alone money for schooling.   …..unanimously telling investigators horror stories of brutality, shootings, wanton destruction of livelihoods, and more. “The communities Oxfam spoke to describe the evictions as anything but voluntary or peaceful,” the report noted.

Ugandan authorities granted the UN-accredited carbon-trading firm a license to plant trees on the land in 2005. So-called “carbon credits” earned from the plantation would then be sold to companies to offset their emissions of CO2. The problem was that tens of thousands of people had been living off of the land for decades.

Here is a refresher as to what the Progressives are all about. Let us not forget for a nanosecond.

Texas Perry and his Globalist Policies – Agenda 21?

Gulag Bound posted this story on Perry back on August the 18th. I have been waiting for someone, anyone but me to pick it up and move it along. I didn’t want to break a bubble, or give the Dems ammo, or be accused of being one of the tin foil hat crowd. Ok… no one is game, so I will. I have gone to the orginal sources, so here we go, so it looks like Gulag has this one down. You decide, is it just some conspiracy story? Meanwhile, the Dems are painting Perry as dumb. Ed over at Hot Air – Gee aren’t Republicans dumb meme, may be onto somthing, though, Perry, is dumb as a fox.

Texas “Open for Business”
While Perry is staking his campaign on Texas being the top net jobs creator, Perry’s version of Texas being “Open for Business” isn’t about low taxes and less regulation as much as it is about doing business with foreign companies, including selling off Texas’ sovereign land and public assets to foreign creditors, an issue which Perry’s first television ad uses to take aim at President Obama.

Aside from the P3s,- (Public-Private Partnerships) Texas has 20 active deals going with the Chinese and has 32 foreign trade zones (FTZs), a vehicle to ease the flow of foreign goods into the United States that are chalk full of tax breaks for importers. RH Group:

Perry’s office promoted these FTZs in a document entitled Foreign Trade Zones: Texas Wide Open for Business  Texas leads the Nation with 31 FTZ’s more than any other State– be sure and look at the above link for detail.

A recent Washington Post article  titled” “Perry welcomed Chinese firm despite security concerns”-  documents Perry’s work to get Chinese government-owned telecommunications company Huawei, to base its U.S. operations in Texas, a company that the U.S. government has deemed a threat to national security noting that “three times since 2008, a U.S. government security panel has blocked Huawei from acquiring or partnering with U.S. companies because of concerns that secrets could be leaked to China’s government or military.”

After a months-long courtship that included a trip to China, where he dined with the company’s chief executive, Perry announced that telecommunications firm Huawei Technologies would base its U.S. operations in Plano. In a video of that October 2010 event — now playing on YouTube, courtesy of the governor’s office — Perry praised the company’s “really strong worldwide reputation” and its chairman, Ren Zhengfei, whose straight talk he said reminded him fondly of West Texans.

Three times since 2008, a U.S. government security panel has blocked Huawei from acquiring or partnering with U.S. companies because of concerns that secrets could be leaked to China’s government or military.

Please take the time to watch this video for the investment China has made in Texas, including  600,000 acres in the Texas oil fields.

Perry’s coziness with the Chinese and foreign investors exposes a huge weakness in his right flank — illegal immigration and open borders. The Trans Texas Corridor has been linked to the global plan to economically integrate North America, with the eventual goal of a common security perimeter modeled after the European Union. Perry ushered in in-state tuition for illegals and has long been an obstacle to immigration reform or any Arizona-style immigration law. As  Gulag Bound adds:

Perry’s record paints a much different picture than what candidate Perry would have us believe — that he’s a states rights, Constitutionally limited government conservative that’s responsible for the “Texas miracle.” In reality, he’s more like an Agenda 21 globalist willing to sell America to the highest bidder.

If you think things are going to be better with Romney, think again: From Washington Post article

Front-runner Mitt Romney has vowed to “get tough” on trade with China and called the superpower one of the “worst offenders” of global trade rules, suggesting in an interview that the United States must clamp down on China’s use of pirated technologies.

Romney’s former investment company, Bain Capital, worked on behalf of at least two Chinese companies trying to acquire U.S. technology firms. One case involved Huawei, which Bain joined in its failed bid to buy the software firm 3Com. Romney left Bain Capital in 1999, and aides say he had no role in those deals.

Agenda 21, the ultimate plan for you and the world.

Always on Watch has a post not to be missed. If you are not up to speed on Agenda 21, now is the time. No, it is not some Right Wing nut job conspiracy. Read Maggie’s Notebook if you doubt me. It is shocking how far we  have come  down the road to this conclusion.

Bill Clinton formed the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in 1993, and it was in effect until 1999. Barack Obama has just signed his 86th Executive (No. 13575) on June 9, 2011 establishing the White House Rural Council (WHRC). Hold onto your chapeau because Agenda 21 is a chameleon with many names. Executive Order 13575 looks eerily similar.  It looks like every department and office in Obama’s government is involved in EO 13575 which is interested in your rural “food, fiber and energy.”

Out of the pages-upon-pages of Agenda 21 implementations, the bottom line is the control of the world’s land use.  It calls for smaller homes, smaller roads, smaller schools, neighborhoods with smaller blocks, walking access everywhere, cycling and public transit. Smaller private areas, including yards – because the “public realm” will provide the park like environments for you. They may be working in your City Hall right now. Your City may be taking government money right now, and they may also be paying out dues.  HERE at Maggie’s Notebook for a must read, and if you still have doubts, check out the LA Times.

The Bohemian Grove Meeting on July 13, 2011

I caught this action concerning the Bohemian Grove on the History Channel some time ago. It was a bizarre story. At first I could not believe it. After much research, it is indeed true. The rich and powerful meet to party and lord knows what else. The T.V.  program included Alex Jones who had attempted to enter the compound 5 years ago. Info wars is selling his DVD of his attempt to crash the party, as well as his take on the happening. Is Governor Perry attending this year as he has attended Bilderberg as so many Presidents have? Is he waiting to be “confirmed” as the next President? Is this Bilderberg on Steroids?

UPDATE:

“Like Clinton, Perry has attended a Bilderberg meeting. In June 2007 Perry attended the Bilderberg confab in Istanbul, Turkey, making the mandatory promise of secrecy and to follow orders … Speculation that Perry is the Bilderberg group’s ace card was prompted by the current political climate, which can largely be gleaned from the fact that Perry is a longtime, unwavering supporter of the NAFTA Superhighway and related infrastructure projects. These pave the way for the Bilderberg-supported North American Union (NAU) proposal that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Bilderberg Group as reported by the History Channel

When I saw this link over at Before its news that they were meeting again on the 13th, a bit of  the scary dude type emerged. Many have tried to infiltrate the grove. They have unbelievable year round security. The T.V. show had a small clip taken sometime ago, and it was a stunner. One can only ask why. Here is the background of the group by The Sonoma County Free Press and Wikipedia

WikiLeaks Cable Discusses North American [economic] Integration Strategy

I am getting to accept the fact that Wiki-Leaks was not all so bad. We are learning much that can verify what many of us have believed was the end game of our Government. That “incremental” thing seems to be the path to all the Progressives.

H/T:   Infidel Bloggers Alliance

As part of the Security and Prosperity Partnership, left to right The Hon. Maxime Bernier, Canadian Minister of Industry; the Hon. Stockwell Day, Canadian Minister of Public Safety; Condoleezza Rice, United States Secretary of State; and the Hon. Peter MacKay, Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs met in Ottawa on Friday, February 23, 2007.Leaked U.S. cable lays out North American ‘integration’ strategy National Post:

The integration of North America’s economies would best be achieved through an “incremental” approach, according to a leaked U.S. diplomatic cable.

The cable, released through the WikiLeaks website and apparently written Jan. 28, 2005, discusses some of the obstacles surrounding the merger of the economies of Canada, the United States and Mexico in a fashion similar to the European Union.

“An incremental and pragmatic package of tasks for a new North American Initiative NAI will likely gain the most support among Canadian policymakers,” the document said.

Another example of our Government initiating major policy on which we never had the opportunity to vote. Full Story here: CONTINUED
