Looks like the Muslims are having a set back in Egypt. While Obama parties, Egypt is about to go up in flames. This is what Billions of our dollars, F-16s, tanks have brought to this country. Meanwhile, the sad news of an American citizen killed brings little concern to the Embassy. When a reporter inquires, the 10:pm phone call goes unanswered. Mr. Sievers has been trained well.
“We can confirm that a U.S. citizen was killed in Alexandria, Egypt,” Patrick Ventrell, State Department Press Office Director, told Fox. “We are providing appropriate consular assistance from our embassy in Cairo and our Bureau of Consular Affairs at the State Department. We do not have further information to provide at this time.”
The administration also warned against travel to Egypt and also said it would allow some nonessential staff and the families of personnel at the U.S. embassy in Cairo to leave Egypt until conditions improve.
Couldn’t see this coming when sending F16s and billions of dollars to the Morsi regime…
Marc Sievers is the U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission. Apparently, when Marc Sievers was contacted, he felt it was inappropriate because it was 10pm or something.
If this quote from Sievers is true, then he better resign immediately from his postition. Based on Obama’s track record of protecting Americans overseas near or in embassies, this is just another day in Obamaville.
Nancy Youssef who tweeted this is a McClatchy Newspapers’ Middle East Bureau chief. She’s not some random Twitter user who could just make something like this up.
Others on Twitter are furious as well.
This tweet below is from McClatchy New’s Nancy Youssef who called the Deputy Chief Of Mission Marc Sievers for information, but she was rebuffed, despite apologizing for the lateness of the hour.
Nancy Youssef is the Middle East bureau chief for McClatchy Newspapers, has posted an unbelievable tweet:
“You are a really inappropriate to be calling me about this at 10 p.m.” U.S. No 2 in #Egypt Mark Sievers, about possible dead citizen.

Well, carrying on in the grand Obama tradition. Americans under fire in Benghazi, Ambassador in danger, Obama goes to sleep. Why should Marc Sievers be bothered? It’s after 10! Are you not civilized, Ms. Youssef, how can you bother him?
