Romney: ‘Obamacare – keep the good, repeal the bad’

Romney says: “I hope we’re ultimately able to eliminate some of the differences, and repeal the bad and keep the good.”

Florida’s Seniors best keep their ear to the ground and listen to the words of Romney if they are concerned about their Healthcare. He doesn’t mention that MA gets massive federal subsidies, among other things.  See our earlier post Mitt Romney’s adviser-’You will not repeal Obamacare’

Here we go:

Adriennes’s Corner:

Obamacare needs to be dragged out into the sun, rubbed in garlic, shot with a silver bullet, and a stake driven through it’s heart.  After which, to be safe, it should be buried 50 feet down.

As the Reaganite Republican  pointed out:

Frankly, Mitt is lying when he says he will ‘on the first day’ (can presidents repeal legislation like that…?): RomneyCare is the template for ObamaCare, and there is precious little daylight between them… he’s never made any amends for that monstrosity, has he.

What is perhaps most interesting about the video, says Klein, is that in it Romney “does something you’ll never hear him do these days — note the similarities between” RomneyCare and ObamaCare.

Simply what does the idea suggest when you dream of somebody you could be similar to 82% associated with older people who have had wishes for men and women they are fully aware. The reality is desires are …bas fishing lures

That Mitt Romney is one oily reptile. unsettling to say the least

    Thx for the link Bunky

Good issue to raise again, and it should be front and center.

I hope people do wake up. Romney has a ton of establishment money and some momentum now. Santorum might be the best shot at stopping him.

Romney’s lies are over the top. Gingrich has his issues, but he was not thrown out as speaker over ethics violations.

  4. Always On Watch Says:

Unless my guess, RomneyCare is going to be Romney’s undoing. It may well cost him the nomination — and should!

    • Always On Watch Says:

Typo: “unless I miss my guess”

      Sorry.

    • bunkerville Says:

Yet the candidates rarely talk about it.

does this guy want Newt to win? I gave him the benefit of the doubt when Coleman said obamacare wouldn’t be repealed. Guess I may have been too optimistic.

My eyes were opened this week. They are forgetting what brought the GOP to victory.

    You’re brilliant. Thanks.

The article over at New American was excellent, too.

I like the part about “incentives” to purchase. You bet – it’s called a FINE! Didn’t raise taxes? A fine and tax are about the same damn thing. An individual policy in Mass. costs about $400.00 compared to Idaho and many other states at approximately – $150.00 – 180.00. I’d call that a “hidden” tax for the privilege of living in Mass.

And the answer to RR’s question? No he can’t “repeal” Obamacare. He knows that, so now he says the first thing he will do will be to sign an executive order leaving it up to the states if they want to participate. At that point the congress will probably de-fund it and start the lengthy repeal process. All of which, of course, depends on whether we have a majority in congress.

It is a make or break election…

Great analysis. I am glad you found the story. I recalled reading the same thing as you did after you mentioned it. Inquring minds you know! Yepper, this will go down in the History books, and we can say to the youngins, we did all we could.

      • Reaganite Republican Says:

        Right on Adrienne and Bunkerville

  7. TexasFred Says:

    Keep the *good*? What *good*?

    • bunkerville Says:

I just hope people wake up in time.
